|Parents should fill up the ‘Record for Non-attendance’ for each day the student is absent from school, stating the reason for his absence.
Students who require medical attention during school hours, may be sent by the teacher to the school clinic.
Students who have been sick for more than two days should bring a medical certificate on re-joining the school. A copy of the certificate must be submitted and signed by the doctor in the school clinic for a follow-up.
85% attendance in one academic year is compulsory. In case of absence from a Unit Test/Exam, the student will not be eligible for any academic prize.
All children are expected to attend school on the opening day after every vacation.
A child returning to school after suffering from an infectious or contagious disease should produce a fitness certificate from the doctor.
As a rule boys/girls who are 4 years old will be admitted to the LKG class. A corresponding age scale is fixed for the succeeding classes.
A boy/girl who joins fresh from home or from a private school has to produce official Birth Certificate such as the Municipal Certificate in support of the date of brith entered in the Admission Form.
A boy/girl who has attended any recognised school will not be admitted without a school Leaving Certificate from the same.
Documents required for admission are not returned.
A calendar month’s notice is to be given before the withdrawal of a student or the fee will be charged. Such notice should be given in writing by the person responsible for the pupil and not by the pupil himself. Those who leave in April must pay their fees for May and June.
A Transfer Certificate will not be issued until all dues are settled.
A pupil failing to be promoted may have to discontinue his studies in the school. A pupil failing twice in the same class must discontinue his studies in the
